Hello
I have a Savage mod.62. This is the same as the mod.64, i've installed a 4X15 scope on it myself though. My question is dose anyone have one of these rifles because mine is pretty accurate for a semi-auto 22. I under stand that Savage guns have pretty good barrels, I want to know has anyone else had this experiance with these guns. I also found how to lighten the trigger pull on these guns. Will glady tell you how at your request.

This must be a late model.....1996 or newer. Always looking for information on trigger groups, that are unfamilar to me. Savage does have good barrels, I have a early auto that has a medium weight barrel......missing some parts, but still shoots like a dream. Welcome! LTS

I have one of those guns that I fell on when hunting and broke the synthetic stock. Do you need any parts?

Because it was a $89.00 Wal-mart gun and I did not think it was worth it. I should call Savage and see how much a new stock is.

There is a site by the name of www.Savageparts.com The number is (352) 637-4770. They have the stock for it. I'd suggest checking it's probly not expensive.
Good Day!!
