I'm sure you guys have seen these gatlin gun type conversins using two ruger 10/22's and a crank type firing mechanicism...Does anyone know how legal these things are? Looks like a lot of fun, and I bet I could design one.

Hey Donny, welcome to our boards! Nice to see you here. I'm sure LTS or one of the other guys who understands these things (and live in Texas - we have quite a few of them here) will be along to answer your question.

Hi Donny.....and welcome to TFF.

Don't know of any Texas-specific laws on a 10/22 gatling....but we've got lots of Texicans on the board who can clue you in. Stick around, they'll be here in a while.

As long as each component of the Gatling system fires only one shot per trigger pull, its legal.
