My Crimson Trace LaserGrips needed adjusting and I had lost the small adj tool. I didn't have anything close to working. So, I emailed Crimson Trace Customer Service and explained the problem, asked how much, etc. Their email came back faster than expected ststing no charge for the tool that I lost. Got the package a few days later with not one but four sight adj tools. No one can loose four. ( can they
) Great company with a great product that cares about their customers. Give them a try. ![]()

After my range session today with the new SP101, i'll be ordering a set next week. This is one gun that certainly deserves a set; I think I've found my perfect ccw once it has the CT grips. The 327 Fed Mag is one hot little round, some accuracy assistance from CT can only help. Good to know that they were "no bs" to deal with.
