Tell us about that stock Jay625 Member Posts: 25 (10/23/02 8:26:51 pm) Reply Re: New project just finished H&R M12 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, I tried shooting in one competition, and got my butt kicked good. However, since then, with this rifle and stock I've been able to hit paintballs on golf tees at 85 yards. Two different witnesses, on three different occasions, using Wolf MT. I traded for the walnut stock. When I got it, it was 80% inletted. I carved the rest of it out as the mood struck me, with no specific form in mind other than I wanted a thumbhole. I finished the stock with multiple (don't know how many) coats of tung oil. the whole thing took around 6 weeks or so. Here's the other side before I mounted the T20. Here's a link to the scope mount made by Ken Viani http://personal.swayzee.com/jayb/Viani/index.html
