I was wondering about something tonight wile I was in the woods.
If somone forces a hooker to have sex, Is it rape? Or shoplifting?

I realize the question is rooted in humor.
 If a human says no, it's rape. It is still an act of violence. Just like the term gun control, the operative word is control. If force is used, it is rape.

If a man and a hooker AGREE for services and he pays her, but he insist on a service she later refuses and he forces her to that service, and if it is sexual, it is sexual assault at best or forcible rape at worst. He cannot rely upon any court to enforce what started off as an illegal contract.

I think that it should be settled by the Supreme Court
When one obtains a receipt from a hooker what exactly does it say? Since it for labor only, is there no tax? Is gum deductable as a business expense? |
