Well after much deliberation and research I bought the Henry 22 mag. Not the golden boy the other one. It has nice wood to metal fit not great walnut figured wood but not bad and a smooth action. I am going to shoot it Saturday and see how it groups. I bought it at Gander Mountain and I got another year's warranty for 20 bucks through GM so I have 2 years to find out if anything will go wrong and if it does it will be fixed for nothing. Jim
