Wish I had a digital camera. Only cutlery I have pics of are padded foam! They're in the Family Album thread.

It's even geekier than a renfest, it's a (sort of) LARP. "Medieveal combat society" might be more accurate. We dress up in medieval or fantasy costumes and beat the bejeebers out of each other with weapons made of pvc pipe and foam. Afterwards there's a big party.

Google "Belegarth" and "Dagorhir." I travel as far as Ohio (12 hours) to events through the year. I bet there's a group near you, it's nationwide. Cheap fun!
