Default BBQ Crock Pot Venison

1 Whole Sirloin Tip, Bottom Round, or Top Round from Venison.
1 Onion finely chopped.
2 Cloves Garlic chopped.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Beef broth to cover.
Buns of your choice

Place one whole sirloin tip, bottom round, or top round in crock pot with the chopped onion and garlic. Cover entire cut with beef broth. You could also cut the beef broth with water and add half broth and half water if you want to, the point is to cover the cut with liquid entirely. Cook on low for about 3-4 hours.

Remove venison from broth and place a separate plate to cool. Drain liquid in colander and return onion and garlic to crock pot. After venison has cooled shred the meat by hand and return to crock pot. Switch the heat setting to serve if your model is so equipped, if not leave it on low. Pour on your favorite BBQ, as much or as little as you like, and mix it well. Heat through and serve on your favorite style bun. I like to top mine with coleslaw and banana peppers.

This will also freeze well. I usually make a double batch of it and place it in a freezer safe tub and store in the freezer. Whenever I have company over, or during hunting week just remove from freezer and heat up in the microwave.

Enjoy.
