Great publicity stunt, but no way I'd do that, or even stand under it like the announcer did.
Too many years operating lifts and cranes, with no accidents that caused physical or monetary damage.

I've had excavators in pretty tricky spots but no where near that stupid.
Bet he got a heck of a stipend to perform that stunt.
