selling guns and FFL
IF I am selling a gun to a private party do I have to go thru a ffl dealer or fill out a transfer form?
probally will sell in state and I am not a dealer or have a ffl. I am located in minnesota. I just cant seem to find out the information I have been looking on the web for 2 days now and nothing ( just dont know where to look?) thank you for the help slugger |
