82nd Airborne
New to this forum and looking to see if anyone knew a Tom Petri. He served in the 82nd Airborne Div. He was there from early some time in '68 and left there in July '69. He is now deceased and I would be interested in communicating with anyone who may have known him. Thanks for your help.

Welcome Stinger....Good Luck with your search. I suppose one of the Army troops will read your message and suggest something being that the 82nd Airborne is still an active unit. Chief

I may try to get additional specific information about my friend. All of the correspondence was turned over to his parents after his death. At this time I have no specifics. I think one of his comrades may have been from Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
