Default Iver johnson 12ga Trigger Break single barrel

I have an iver johnson 12 ga shotgun that is a single 30" barrel break, what is unique is that it breaks open by pulling on the release which is a trigger like lever that is part of the trigger The pat dates are apr. 2 01 and apr 15 02. pats. pending The only other markings other that iver johnson on the top of the barrel is the serial # which is 16xx. The left side of the receiver says Iver Johnson's Arms & Cycle Works Fitchburg Mass. U.S.A Any information would be appreciated.

reltor,
the iver johnson arms & cycle works 'trigger action' single barrel shotgun was only manufactured 1905 to 1908 and in very limited numbers.

the bad new is that only iver johnson collectors would be interested in it and that keep the value low probably no more that $150 in excellent condition.

the trigger action model was manufactured before iver johnson made the switch to smokeless powder. i would not fire any modern ammo in it.
