S&W 15-22 - The Firearms Forum

I've been thinking about purchasing a s&w 15-22 and have been reading comments on different websites about problems with this gun. It sounds like to me that maybe the problems were early on and now fixed is this so? Is this a gun you would purchase knowing the history of it?

I have two colt (umarex) ar22, one sig 522 and one sw 15-22. I am in the market for another SW 15-22, the others have fallen short. The sig is close but the SW just keeps working. At this point 4 of my friends have bought them after shooting mine and all of them have been working flawlessly.
