i didnt think it was to complex for myself. but its computer hardware mostly. i cant clean a carb to save my hide. The good news is you could easily test this before you took it out in the field.

I definatly can see how that could be a way to go, but have to agree with wpage,
just a bit complex on my part.
But definatly a new "way" to go with the whole trail camera set-up! Interesting.

they make these type of trail cameras and they are about 800-1000 bucks, this " do it yourself" is about 300 when you are done.

I would but this is definatley something i would want to try to do first. I have now quit my job and am going back to school full time so i dont have the money to throw at this project. It does seems pretty simple and i would grab a handy man and or p.c. techie type guy and it shouldnt be a problem.
