Default Need help to identify #2

Here is another nice looking pistol. No manufacturer markings that I can see. Identification for documentation purposes is greatly appreciated.
  • Checkered wooden grips
  • 15" + in total length
  • octagonal barrel
  • blued side plate
  • lots of brass

It is a Traditions kit gun, probably sold by Dixie. Value maybe $100; no history or historical value. The owner worked down the stock some and practiced checkering. A bit crude, but probably better than I could do.
