Default Good Oil for M&P?

What kind of oil should I use on my S&W M&P? Preferably of the spray variety, unless there is a particular reason why I shouldn't use spray?

Any recommendation on a good cleaner is also welcome.

clean with rem oil, and lube with SBGO

rem oil is sold at walmart and SBGO can be found here...
