Exactly... In my neighborhood all I hear from a bike is a deep lope that sounds good to me. On the Interstate they are loud, but who really worries about it out there when everything else is noisy too.

There was a time when some Mexican roofers set a big yellow stereo on a chimney and let it blast all morning until they went to lunch and just left it going... Some really cool neighbor took care of it with a .22.
