I inherited a AH Fox shotgun. Serial # 28511 A model
Barrell info Chromox fluid compressed steel, made by AH Fox DJN Co. Phila Pa. Engraving on side has AH Fox in a scroll pattern. Patent dates: Aug 16 04,Aug? 05,Oct17,05,Jan 16 06,May 11 09,May 2 11, June 14 ?. Any information on this gun will be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. You have an A. H. Fox A grade 12 gauge double barrel shotgun that was made in Philadelphia, Pa. in the mid to late 1920's. You'll have to tell us more about the gun to give you more details, ie, over all general condition, length of the barrels, condition of the wood and metal parts, etc. Pictures would be great. Jolly |
