FOUR men who were allegedly planning to commit a kidnapping and robbery armed with a loaded 12-gauge pump-action shotgun and a loaded MI .30 calibre semi-automatic carbine were arrested and charged this morning.

Shortly before 1am today, police pulled over a car on Lees Avenue at Campsie and arrested the men on information they were planning to commit a kidnapping and armed robbery at the residence.

The four men, two aged 26, the others aged 29 and 34, were arrested by officers from the Tactical Operations Unit.

The men were allegedly armed with a loaded 12-gauge pump-action shotgun and a loaded MI .30 calibre semi-automatic carbine at the time.

All four men were taken to Campsie Police Station and each charged with the following offences:

Conspiracy to commit indictable offence (robbery whilst armed)
Conspiracy to commit indictable offence (kidnapping)
Armed with intent to commit indictable offence (robbery whilst armed)
Armed with intent to commit indictable offence (kidnapping)
Possess unauthorised prohibited firearm x2
Possess loaded firearm in a public place x2
Possess disguise with intent to commit indictable offence
Illegal use of motor vehicle.

All four men have been refused bail to appear at Burwood Local Court today.

Strike Force Lanford comprises detectives from the State Crime Command’s Robbery and Serious Crime Squad and was established in March 2011 to investigate a number of alleged armed robbery related offences at licences premises in metropolitan Sydney.

its been 8 hours since this bust was news the TV footage was of well known Jihadist supporters /dope dealers /stand over merchants of our wonderful islamic community here

now their ID's have been suppressed to avoid racial overtones ,

i guess they are right

well that's just like i bet now fox will get called racist because they showed some of those looters on tv in london and they were all black men.
