Default Recoil question/chart?

My son recently had back surgery (fused L2&L3) He should be up and around by our deer season opener but has some concern with recoil till he is at 100%.

He needs to keep recoil at 15 lbs. or less, he hunts with a 7mm/08 and would like to use it.

Does anyone know of a chart that has calibers listed by recoil/lbs?

Thanks for any advice.

Steve
