I'm in favor of federalism. Let each state decide for themselves. If Pennsylvania wants to do it, it doesn't matter to me.

It would definitely change the way candidates campaign, though. We'd be talking "swing districts" instead of "swing states."

They used to, but that allows a third party to put in a showing. The dems
and the repubs blocked (as best they could) any chance of a third party
entering in.
