managed to buy 700 rounds on line at about 19ct a round about a week ago

good find, where'd you get it at? I picked some up off a local forum a few months back and am glad I did; I paid just under $8.50/100. I should be stocked up for at least the next few years.

I really hate to do this because I haven't got mine yet....but there is some Polish surplus at J&G for about $10 per box of 70. Not as good as it used to be, but a great price for lately.

I hope the price on the 5.45x39 ammo doesn't go the same way as the 7.62x25 has when the surplus supply dries up.

Reality check... they are now charging $11.87 and I remember buying this for under $6 just a year ago. Which proves the point I always make to my friends: "Buy more ammo and guns now"

Classicarms.us has surplus bulgarian ammo now. From $20 for 100 to $240 for 1600.

Just got an email from J&G Sales. They have a shipment of Bulgarian just in . $124.80 a case of 800 rds. 1950's manufacture.

Century arms has the 7,62x25 tokarev ammo again but its $180 per can now.
