Default CCI MiniMag 22LR/ Walmart

Went to my local Walmart for the above ammo. They sold me the 36 gr when I wanted the 40gr. Tried to return it. No deal

Then went online to Walmart where it said MY local Walmart didnt stock it, but there were 2 others, 10 mi away that did.

Went 10 mi to the other. The clerk said they never carry it, and the web was just trying to get you into the store so you will buy something else.

Least expensive Ive found is Ammotogo at $42.70/500 inclu shipping

Local gun dealer is $8/100 but only if you use it there

All this, just FYI

Why return it, why not just shoot it?

Last week I scored two 100 round boxes of CCI mini mags for $2 each (must be old, doesn't tell what grain), and a 50 count .357 and 50 count .38 for $5 each. Yard sale!

Fuze, I was told by an expert on another forum that it is definitely a no no to shoot those in a High Standard. The 40 gr is too much and will cause damage; while the 36 is also a bit high. Better to use Regular Velocity in them
