Are these bullets ok to use in either 9mm or .38 Special or even .357 Magnum? If so, does anyone have reloading data for them? If not, do I need to use data from the next lowest weight bullet?

Check your reloading manual. It will tell you what diameter bullet to use in .38, .357, or 9mm. You will find that all three are different.

Dixieland...I believe those bullets are for the .38 Super...One of the loadings for this caliber calls for 130g jacketed, .355 diameter...

Use 9mm 147 grain data and work up from there. You will be fine.

See above. These are not designed for 38 or 357.

Experimenting with bullet not made for the caliber at hand can be dangerous. 0.355in diameter bullets are for 9mm. 0.357inch bullets are for 38 Special or 357 Magnum. 38 Super is suppose to use 0.355in diameter bullets but they are shown using bullet up to 0.357 inches (see the latest Hornady manual).
The bottom line is NO, 0.355in Diameter bullet are NOT OK for use in 357Mag or 38 Special. LDBennett |

The .38 requires bullets that are .357"–.358" in diameter. The .357 are the same as .38. The 9mm uses a bullet that is .356" in diameter, this is critical due the fact that the 9mm head spaces on the mouth of the case. The bullets in the picture of the OP are .355. Stick that bullet in a 9mm case with a light crimp, and it won't head space properly. As stated above the .355" diameter bullet was designed for the .38 supper.
