A well known heart surgeon is visiting an engine rebuild shop and this old boy is doing the finishing touches on an engine he has just rebuilt when he looks up an notices the doctor. As the old boy grabs a rag to wipe the oil from his hands he says to the Doc; "you know Doc I don't understand, I changed the valves on this old engine and cleaned both the intake and exhaust ports which is not much different than what you do, so why do you make so much more money than I do?" The Doc replied, "because I do it with the engine still running."
