Is it a 45/70 business rifle? We have 3 sharps, one business rifle and 2 1874 sporters. I have a repro malcoholm scope on one, mine. The other 2 sharps are the boys rifles. You will love it and it is a nice one.

i have a sharps in 45/90, very different looking ( i dont shoot it as it has some chamber micro fractures )

and yes the wood is not original .. its a wall hanger only ...

Sorry, I forgot to tell the caliber, it is a 45/70. It really does shoot good!! I have never had any of this type of rifle. Always just had the levers in smaller calibers. I love the set trigger, just kind of touch it off. Thanks for all the nice comments!!!

PS wifes sister is a NOBAMA fan, they don't talk very much.
