Well, the turkey turned out so well I'm thinking of trying a different recipe for smokin' a ham for Christmas. I would like to end up with something similar to a HoneyBaked ham - where the meat has a smokey flavor and the outside edge has a glazed, sweet crust.
Any good ideas out there? |
