I do, in the High Desert (Hesperia). I belong to the Apple Valley Gun Club in Victorville where there are many reloaders.

about 1 hour 45 min from downtown/LAX

we got some extremely over hunted BLM and National Forest lands... can be decent if you don't mind hiking a few hours and climbing a few thousand feet... most folks want to limit/tag out from their truck cab, so if you are willing to burn some boot leather it aint bad out here but not fantastic...
