I have heard a rumor that TASCO is out of business. Any truth to that?
If they are, who is handling warranty work for them?

they had some problems w/ bankruptcy in 2002 or 2003, but I have not heard anything lately about them going out of business, where did you hear that?

I haven't seen nor heard of anything since. I still see their products on the shelves of sporting goods stores.

I was looking up discussion threads on the net and it popped up on one of the forums. It could very well have been an old one as I didn't think to look at the date of the post.

i sell Tasco here in Oz and nothing in the dealers notices , but i'm mainly accessories and such so not "in the loop" to all stuff

got some cheap range finders coming out in april that spec out pretty good .. end of add
