It is not a Smith & Wesson, but rather a Harrington & Richardson. It looks like a Model 2 Automatic Ejection D/A Revolver. These were made from c. 1889 to 1940 with a production of around 1,300,000.
Here in the U.S. parts might be available through Numrich Arms (aka Gun Parts Inc.)

I see what you mean about Gun Parts. I just went out and looked at their listings. There really are a lot of them....

You might try posting your pictures in the "Ask the Pro's" section (one above this one) There are several real experts on H&R Firearms that hang out there.

What parts do you need? Are they completely missing or just worn out or broken? If you can get measurements, Numrich may be able to match something up for you.

Just a warning about Gun Parts Corp/Numerich Arms, from personal experience. Dont get me wrong, they are generally great people and they have one of the best if not THE best sources for parts, IF THEY HAVE what you are looking for. A number of years ago, I needed an ejector rod end/head for an EARLY Colt Official Police. I looked up the part number from their catalog (well before they had an "on line" catalog, that is) and called and placed the order. A week later, I received a current production Colt Python-type part. Now, we are talking about a $5 part that costs another $5 to ship. If I shipped it back, it would cost me another $5, and ANOTHER $5 to have the "correct" one sent to me, so I KEPT it, and ordered another, by calling and explaining the problem to em. VOILA - a week later, I got ANOTHER Python part. So, I tried a THIRD time, and finally got the right part, but in Nickel, not blue! Now, correct me if I am wrong, but wouldnt there be a lot MORE available in BLUE? ANY HOW, about 2 years later, I pulled a real "novice type boo boo" when I purchased an early push feed Win 70 in 300WinMag - I mounted a scope and took it and sighted it in, without first checking the action screws. Some of you know where this is going - after about shot 3 or 4, the stock split from the recoil area, clear through the pistol grip base! So............I called Numerich and ordered a stock for a Post 64 Model 70, long action, walnut, and a week later I received a stock for a Post 64 Model 70A Long Action in beech for a blind magazine! Here we go again. And we did. Since the stock was something like $75 at the time, (and the 70A stock was something like $50) I actually sent it back, and I got a stock for a .................. SHORT ACTION. Sooooo, I sent it back and requested a refund. And I bought a semi-finished blank and completed and installed it. JUST A WARNING, be as precise as possible when ordering, AND............there still may be a possibility of a mix up in the part. Now, while I am sure I am not the only one that has had this experience, I am also VERY sure that there are thousands of people who have NOT had this problem with Numerich. I dont want to upset anyone if they are "died in the wool, tried and true" fans of Numerich customer service; and I am not trying to KNOCK THEM; I am just extending a "warning" about a couple of MY experiences and letting people know that all is not always PERFECT, every time, when you order from the nice folks at Numerich Arms. Good luck, Rs16.

Don't know about Numrich, 'cause I've only ever bought from them once, but when I order thingamabob, and they send me a doohickey, I call 'em up and say, "You sent me the WRONG thing. This is NOT what I ordered. Please send me a call-tag, so I can have UPS send it back to you, and then send me the RIGHT thing."

So far, every company I have done business with has done that. If it's their screwup, they pay for the shipping - both my return and the reship.

Except Cheaper than Crap, which is one MORE reason why I don't do business with them anymore.

I tried twice to get a sight for a Colt Challenger. Both times they sent a Woodsman sight. I finally just got a refund and gave up on them

The problem with GPC is that they have zillions of parts, and pickers who are not gun experts because paying gun experts for what is essentially dog work would send costs sky high. In my experience, they do pretty well, most of the time, IF you are very precise in what you order and use their stock number. If you order something they have but don't catalog, or that is a variation from the norm, it's a crapshoot.

I've had good luck with them on most parts, mainly wood. I ordered a hammer for an Iver Johnson Trailsman once. Gave them the serial number and everything. Even traced out the hammer on a sheet of paper and I got a hammer for a Viking(I think).
