Anyone have a favorite source for rifle stock blanks?
In particular, I'm just looking for a nice straight grain walnut or maybe some mild figuring. I'm not opposed to semi-inletted or semi-shaped either but the project I've got in mind calls for a pre-war european sporter design and I haven't found any semi-finished patterns that tickles my fancy so far.

Thanks H-D, Richards doesn't carry any plain-grade Black Walnut though, just Claro or fancy grades at the moment. Too much figure and color variation for what I'm looking for.
American or European Black Walnut, or plain-figure English Walnut is what I'm on the hunt for. There are quite a few companies out there when you start searching the net and even blanks on flea-bay, but I'm hoping for a little pre-purchase feedback from guys that have ordered from places before.
