Ak-47 muzzle brake questions - The Firearms Forum

My f a cougir has a tapco flash hider on it. I would like to put a muzzle brake on it. What's the best one? But a bigger question my ak doesn't have the detent pin on it. Does that change anything? Thanks for your thoughts!

We like the Midwest Industries unit for the AK. No issue without the detent pin, we routinely install muzzle brakes/flash hiders without it.

Great I love Midwest products. Is the anything I should know about install or just screw it on?
