Cool ruger single six 5.5 barrell

Hello , everyone just purchased a single six new moddell 5.5 and a single ten was wondering what you found to be a good load , I have a brick of CCI standard velosity that I use with my thompson auto rifle should I look further ??

Captain Jack. each gun seems to have it's own preferences but that CCI Standard Velocity has turned out to be a good one in most any handgun and it is priced right. You will just have to try some others but I wouldn't be surprised if the CCI didn't win out.

I have the Single Ten and the Single Six (new model) in the 9.5" and Ive tried just about every brand of ammo through both and the CCI's ahve proven to do the best in both Ruger's. But every gun is differnt...

Actually, the CCI Standard's is all I shoot in all my .22's except when I go
to hollow points.
My Ruger 77/22, .22lr eat's 'em up as well..and the Henry, Remington, H&R..
