Question Attn. Bill DeShivs

I have this older Western folding lockback that I bought, I'm
thinking 30 or so years ago.

I had it all this time and several years ago while bow hunting,
(on a very cold day) I over-shot a buck and was attempting
to get my broadhead out of a tree.
Well I broke the blade. All these years later, I would like to
get a blade back in it. I know it may be impossible to get an
original blade, I dont know?

I know that Coleman bought out Western Cutlery and then over
to Camillus and know their no longer made, (Western) as far as I know.

Also, with the (S-532) on the blade and as in the pics below, there
is a (C) on it and thinking it is the date code it was made? I bought
it new back, thinking in the early "80's".

I'm looking to have a new blade put back into it and was wondering
if you, Bill or anyone else would have "ANY" suggestions?
I appreciate any and all input!
Thanks,
Dale

My suggestion is to contact Tank at http://www.tbarkcustomknives.com/ and have him make you a new blade. He's good. Tell him I sent you.

Another question Bill, If memory serves me correctly I'm thinking I paid
around 50-$60 for it then. I'm not sure what they would be worth now,
and never plan to part with it.
I was wondering with the (C) on the blade, would that give any idea of
the actual year it was made?
