Default winchester parts

I need a loading gate and screw and the saddle ring for early 1894 30 WCF.

Where does one look to find these parts?

UncleFudd, finding an "original" saddle ring is going to be tough, even the repros are scarce. Bert H may know the whereabouts for one, and the Reno Show is a couple weeks away, and that's the place to find one. We'll both be there if you want me to look.
