Default CLEANED MY SKS

I cleaned my sks today and I am glad I did. I got it from my lgs a few weeks ago and he said it had never been fired. Well I have to say he is right. The fireing pin was fully caked with cosmoline and the rest of the action had it on various parts. Took over a hour to get everything cleaned up but now everything is clean and lubed with SBGO. Now the only thing to do is take it out to the range. I will let u know how that goes in another post

The easiest way to clean those bolts is to put it in a pan of water and boil it. Blow dry when done then oil it up. You don't even have to take it apart. Enjoy your SKS. They are great rifles for the money.
