Default ar-15 rails

i am wanting to put a full length top rail on my AR. for example, like the ones that larue puts on theirs.
http://www.laruetactical.com/larue-tactical-obr-556-16”
where the top rail is continuous from back to the front of the rail. anybody know what this style rail is called, or what kind of cost i would be looking at in order to make this modification to my AR?
my current set up is like this

but a bit more snazzy.

You can purchase a stripped monolithic upper receiver and add the parts you already have to it. It ain't cheap, though.
