I was going through my old black powder cabinet and found a couple 1# cans of pyrodex. Its from the 1970's opened a can and it looked a little lumpy but had a vinegar smell. Burned a little on the bench and it burned a little slow.
I know its not good for shooting, it wasn't when I bought it either what can I use this for other than burning it in a 5gal bucket? any ideas. Thanks dwdw

Moisture must have gotten to it or it would still be good. I have no problems with shooting it. I'd rather have real bp but Pyro is as close as you can get to real bp.
