Default No Rust, or Rust!

Here are pictures of a slide that appears to be clean to the eye in natural light.

Then the same slide using a high intensity lithium powered light showing surface rust. This rust can be cleaned easily.

One should check out a prosnpective purchase closely.

Silver, what I meant is that your pictures do not show up. There is a little box with a red 'x' in it.

I see them just fine, IPT.

Check to be sure that your Zone Alarm Pro is allowing all that is necessary. I had to adjust ours a couple times, and then again after I installed Version5.

Default Try it now.

I reduced the size.

The detail is terrific. Most people wouldn't believe the difference even if you told them. The pictures say it all!!

Three things to always have with you: small punch, or half a tooth pick, surefire light, magnifying glass and a good book of what ever you collect.

Need to find out when I get home. At work we have a firewall and that may be to blame in this case. Thanks.

This is one I just aquired and haven't had time to tear it down and detail it yet. It not only showed the slide rust under an intence light, but on the trigger face, the thumb safety and even in the mag well. There was no pitting, only the light rust. I love dressing out these old war horses and making them stand tall again. One good thing about the light and rust is it is invaluble in negoiating price.
