I scored this at a yard sale 2 weeks ago.The guy wanted $20 but I got it for $15 with the pellets.



When I got it home I pumped it up 8 times and shot a soft ball laying in the back yard.It ricochet off the ball hit the back block wall and hit the house next to me by a backyard window.I could have shot my eye out just like that kid in the Christmas movie.I only shot it once now it's in the top of the closet.

One of my neighbors had 2 Winchester 1966 centennial in the box. Never opened. Her husband ran off on her and left them. He was doing a rehab job in the city and they were in the basement of the house he was working on. It was an abandon house picked up by some Realtor.

She gave them to my son. I told him not to open them up as they must be worth a ton of cash. He did open one. It was like new.

About 6 months later she wanted them back. I offered her $400 each for them but she just wanted them to give back to the x. I have no idea what they were worth.

I think the old woman was probalbly afraid of guns and didn't want it in the house.And if j3hill didn't buy it someone else would have.I saw a lady 20 years ago selling a .223 Ruger stainless bolt action real cheap at a yard sale saying she wanted it gone and out of her house for $100.Someone else bought it.
