Default A few Iver Johnson pistols

just wondering what to make of these oldies. they definitely need some care. maybe even repair/replacement parts. but are they worth the effort? by effort I mean $$$

and #1 pistol

None of them are high value, even in excellent condition, so not worth significant parts and repair investment, unless of sentimental or family value.

List the IJ's calibers and serial numbers and letter prefixes from under left grips and we can tell you when they were made (the one shown is too dark to read).

Your "mystery" gun is a Harrington & Richardson.

1st one is a 5 shot . measured out at .38 #39853 no letter???
2nd is a 5 shot .38 as well #9775 on the trigger guard and #C9774 under the grip
3rd one is a 5 shot .38 #M39633

the 4th I cant find any # or letters on. it's truly a mystery

1st is an antique black powder 2nd model made in 1895.

2nd is a smokeless powder Model 1900 made 1925
.
3rd is a black powder 2nd model made 1904.

4th: Harrington & Richardson didn't use letter prefixes.

thanks, I found that serial # list for the Ivers the other day, but cant find it now. same with S&W.
