I take issue when they refer to sports figures as a "hero", but someone who follows their call to duty and service and paid the ultimate sacrifice? The word Hero seems very applicable there.

Personally, Chris Hayes, I feel "uncomfortable" that you are even in a position to bring this topic up for discussion.

Unfortunately, our current Administration from the top down (and I DO mean the TOP down) is comprised of those who would have no disagreement with any of the comments offered.

Their view of a “hero” is a limp wristed, purse carrying, mamma’s boy who is in touch with his feminine side who is non-judgemental about ANYONE and believes that enemies of our Country are either misunderstood or justified in their attacks on Americans anywhere, anytime.

They can easily be spotted in shopping malls carrying a baby on their chest while pushing a stroller while his wife is shopping. Yep, now THERE’S a “hero” to the Left.

I remember when Arthur Ash died, (black tennis player), He was called a hero. WTF.
I am a Nam vet but if I had been killed I would never have thought myself a hero, just an unlucky pawn. I didn't do anything brave like a lot of the other vets.
