It doesn't apply to this case, but nobody can photograph/record on video, any person who assumes they had a reasonable right to privacy when recorded.

As to holder, he just notified the governor of Florida that he is to immediately stop purging folks who are not qualified to vote in Florida, from the voters list. NOBODY can be purged, according to holder...so, the dead, the non citizens, the out of state folks, anybody can vote. He doesn't want anybody disenfranchised.

Job protection as it's most bizarre.

I don't think Mr Holder can do that - he doesn't run Florida, and you know they will sue anyway when/if Dear Leader loses.

Supposedly(?), the constitutionality of his order was checked, and he has the power to go after anyone he wants to...well, that particular order was checked by his lawyers and declared legal.

It wouldn't do Scott ( gov ) any good at this point to appeal it, because it would never reach the courts prior to the election.
