This is the area that has most of the shootings in Chicago. It's a war zone down there. They have chased all the businesses out. You can't drive down the streets there at night. The fly over drive way is to keep most people out as they may get shot.

They wanted to have the national guard patrol the streets but the mayor said no. The cop's don't want to go there. This is like Mexico's problem with the drug cartel.

That's what you get when you let the guberment set quotas for minorities. Many black scholarships, like construction jobs, go unclaimed every year because there are not enough applicants. We have convinced them that they are entitled to the money but not the work they have to do to earn it.
