Default Blackhorn 209 for metallic cartridges...

Can anyone advise whether the Blackhorn 209 metallic cartridge-loads page gives its charge numbers volumetrically or by weight/grs.? Reading through other sites, and through the BH209 site gives conflicting impressions.

Thanks

I use it in my m/l and love it. I tried it in the 45/70 and was unimpressed.
