It is surely seldom that a person finds such a vast group of people as in TFF that I can relate to on as many levels as you all. I know many of you are worldlier than I. And I am certainly no Bible scholar, and I’m sure by far not the best shot. However am comfortable enough with all to feel a part of the conversations. I greatly enjoy ALL of the discussions on the forum. Even the heated ones.

I for one would hate to see Terry, Jack or any others give up on any part of this wonderful venue. BTW- keep up the good work on the trolls. And I welcome any heartfelt prayers from anyone anytime and I welcome the opportunity to pray for others even more.

Sum-moa, you have discovered one of the things that makes this forum special, that makes it tick along so well. The discussions can get heated, animated, but stay amicable. People here care for each other, even when they disagree on a subject. Part of that caring shows up in willingness to ask God's help for for each other through prayer. As I've said in other contexts, the only dumb question is the one not asked. Anyone can ask questions and get answers and not get flamed for it.

Getting into religion, politics, or being cornered into any discussion about either, with anyone, is something I stay away from like the plague.

Probably because, I less about my own religion, then most. I don’t believe in the middle man, and talk to maker direct, and yes, I to say a prayer out loud if anyone in pain or in trouble. That includes four legged pets and wildlife in pain.

As for politics, I hate government, but I love my country. That’s pretty much says everything worth saying on that issue. Anyone that disagrees with me, so be it. That’s your business.

I prefer to enjoy the people around me, be a good neighbor, and live my life the way our fallen soldiers, would have wanted me to live it for them.

I have prayed for many four footed friends, Rockya -
I have had some folks come to church with prayer requests for their critters, because they know how I feel about it.
Too many people seem to think that God puts no value on any life but that of Human beings. I guess that they forgot that it was the blood of animals which covered sin for thousands of years before the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus Christ brought an end to those repeated sacrifices.
