Sometimes, I will see someone post a picture, and in it, it will look like they have hand drawn an arrow or such to point out a particular feature contained in the picture.
How is this done? I could see if you had a picture that was printed out and you physically drew an arrow on it it, THEN took a picture of THAT picture and posted it, but I seriously doubt that is how it is done! I know you computer experts are probably laughing at my question, but I wont know if I don't ask, so go easy on me!!! .

i use a thing called Corel Draw
paste the pic into corel and the add words or symbols or arrows heres one i did for when i went deer hunting with a pistol gadwin printscreen to get the map off google then imported to corel and added the arrow |

if u right click on the picture and then go to "open with: then click on "paint" u can draw arrow
