Default A bad ending.....

Self defence or not, just an all-around bad ending.

I do alot of buisness with the guys that run Stakers, sales and service, family run. They are a good bunch of guys and the guy that was shot, pulled a gun on them on what was a "recovery" of thier property that the victem was supposed to return to them that morning.
Bad outcome for all involved;

""“They banged on the window and my doors and even the air conditioning units,” said Jennifer.

After what Jennifer calls nearly two hours of terror, Steve finally got fed up.

“He grabbed his gun, and I begged him not to," Jennifer said. "But he said he didn’t know these two men very well, and he needed to have it for his protection."

“He went outside and said, 'You have three seconds to get off my property,' but it’s unclear whether Steve pointed the gun at them or not," Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini said. "The Stakers say he did. That’s when Tyler shot him repeatedly
.”

HE DID know them.....that I do know!

There will be charges. Trespassing, harassment and possibly murder. I know they wanted their money or their equipment back but that's a wrong thing to go about.

Where was the Sheriff during all this? The lawnmower could have been forceability returned and all would have ended without two hours of harrassment and a shot fired.

Well, I would have thought that if the people in the house had two people for 2 hours beating on their house, that they didnt know, that they would have called 911 or something. But the victim knew these Staker boys as he'd done buisness with them in the past.
Bad situation for all that was involved, either way!
