Somebody messed up and put fruit on your grill! I like grills like I like pizzas. Only certain things are allowed on each. Other than sauces, everything else should come from animals........ Fix your grill.

I beg to differ, I was recently at a BBQ joint and was given grilled Pineapple prior to desert to "cleanse the palate" It was great and I do this occasionally when I BBQ now.

No, but if you look at the color difference in those two sauces, can you tell which is the hot one. They both have raw local honey in them. As for the rest of the sauce, the recipe is locked in my brain and is a secret.
Also, pineapple steaks are always appreciated by everyone. ![]() |
