Default Ar-15 question

I have some odd parts laying around and my question is can u put a standard collapsible buttstock on a full length rifle or does it have to be the solid fixed buttstock?

Thanks!

No problem in doing that at all.

A lot of people do that.

Even the Canadian Military, here's a Canadian Colt C7A2.

Great thank u! I've always seen the full length with a fixed stock so I wasn't sure if it was for a reason or not.
